Xtream says my account is expired

Tried this new xtream in Kodi 17 reset IPTV and when I open account it says expired .I have renewed my donation on March 5 .Do I need to remove Mac address and reset please help

Have you tried removing Mac address on yours

I had the same situation yesterday. I fixed it by going onto the website and hit "RESET".
