Worst service ever !

Is this service the worst service ever? Down for so long and no remorse. Fix this as people who are loyal customers are being negative about your service and noone wants to take it again.

The service was great before this new security system.

It looks like they don't even know what they are doing.

I wouldn't go as far as great, but at least it worked.
Mostly.

I think an extra month on donation for everyone who paid for Feb would be good if they ever get it sorted, but it won't happen.

If they want to continue this (so called) service it needs some serious overhauling.
