which one MAG 254 256 322

please help me with the purchase decision one of these three iptv receiver
MAG 254("the best one", 256 (1 gb ram) or 322 (the newest)

Mag 254 is the one to buy I would like you have a look at Global media box or Dreamlink T1 + which I recommend

mag 256 is almost the same as the 254 except the 256 is a newer model.
I see both have been replaced with the Mag 322 thou
