US channels freezing

Am I the only one experiencing video freezing on some US channels ? The audio is fine but the video freezes and Unwatcheable. I can make it watchable by disabling hardware acceleration but then it becomes jittery . This is on kodi IPTV stalker.

I'm having exactly the same problem.
The stream starts playing and after 30 sec or so. Then it starts to buffer to a point that it freezes.. And returns to the stalker guide.
