Unable to load channels

Hi, i have a MXIII 4k with openelec and i have a donation made around half year ago. Starting on feb 1 i was unable to load channels from stalker. I reset the IPTV, change the mac, change the donation number but it still not loading. Any help?

Iam on Kodi dont understand why it wont load nothing all is errors and more errors
