Troubles linking MAC Address

I just donated for both services and when trying to link my mac I am getting this message "Mac Address Could not be Updated"
Im all ready using the iks service, but havent been able to link my Mac.
Do I have to wait the 48hrs to process

Wanted to let everyone know that iks66 has been able to resolve my issue. IPTV had not been enabled on my account

I have the same problem. I contacted support and nothing. I still waiting and my 30 days of service is now 25 days of service and I still waiting with not support. Support still silence and I am going to say this. iptv66 Support is terrible.
