Tried to renew but was hit by an error page but was charged

I tried to renew my service and was hit by an error page but my card was still charged. What should I do? How do I get my money back? Do I call the bank? I see that my donation time has not changed.

edit: I would just really like to use the service instead!

i have more than two weeks with this problem good for credit card never charge nothing because i try like 20 times lucky me
