You can't change it in the outer portal. Considering 95% of the world uses the celsius temperature scale, it makes sense that it was set-up that way. Actually, there are only 5 countries in the world that still use Fahrenheit, the USA being one.

just 2 times the c and add 32 it'll be close ex c= 15 2x15=30 30+32= 62 degrees ,

10 = 50f
16 = 60f
21 = 70f
26 = 80f
32 = 90f
