Stuck on the Blue loading screen Help

can anyone tell me why MY mag 254 is stuck on the Blue loading screen in on server 22

please help.

reset it at server website.
ensure you shut off your receiver connection before the reset

Mine is doing their same. Tried them rebooted and unlug it, but nothing workin. Been like those for snow hour or something
