is that mag running the Ministra or is it running the Stalker ?

Unfortunately for the OP, Ministra is not supported at this time. Unless there is a way to use that mag utilizing the playlist method, it will not work.

Thanks for the response, I returned the MAG 424W3 and I'm using the MAG 322W1 & it works fine. Seems that the portal is not supporting 424W3 boxes.

The 424 mag runs Ministra, and you are correct, it is not supported by the 3 services here. Not now. Enjoy your mag 322! If you venture to buy another stb, check out buzz or dreamlink.
