change portal then reset 1 more time then try. oh make sure to change portal on your device as well.

one of the service you can not change portal I don't know if its rocket or 66 but log with your donation code into provider side and see if you can change portal. if you can then you will see option and pick one of the new portal. then hit reset and change that new portal on your device and see if that works.
