Someone help me setting a MXQ pro from scratch

first thing is, does this box allow Kodi usage ?

yes this box is android and is used with kodi , I had one and turfed it due to a cheap one i bought
first off get rid of the kodi that is on it if there , and install kodi 16.1
rocket does not go on the mxq box ( I don't think anyhow ) never heard anyone with it use the iptv portal
