Somehow my sub got deleted

I will pm details to mod but ordered a year sub a month ago put in Mac everything was fine turn on mag today says stb blocked go to iks to reset IPTV and says I don't exist? Been using iks for 3 years never an issue except the common freezing of mag box help

First of all its not IKS .......The Mag is an IPTV box .................... So use your order number and the e-mail you used to buy the sub (donation) and go here...............

Yes it's iptv but I used IKs66.tv that's where iks comes from
