I'm using iptv stalker+vod addon for Papiamento servers,based on original code by esxbr. It keep tell ing me access denied can you help me

The video addon has to be 10.1+. If you're using an earlier version, it will not work. Check the second link in my signature for Kodi options.

I down load iptv stalker plus 10.2.4 when I click on a channel it keep tell me itv authorized failed device Id mismatch

I suspect you didn't set defaults before you configured it. It is best to start over by setting defaults and then reconfiguring.
