Improvement is subjective, as I do not see it! Been on the service for 9-10 months, with two boxes, and service is the same. Freezing during prime time (post 6 pm PST) everyday. So unless you are home during the other times, it is sometimes viewable.

Sub zero it must be at your end as you can see others are happy so maybe you should try to get help to fix your problem instead of saying service is no good

Didn't you read before you purchased? ....that's right ....buyer beware.....so now you're upset at yourself and we have to read all about it....

Do you really think that the amount you paid was extravagant?...did you get a guarantee of anything when you donated?

this is nothing abnormal....whether iks or iptv...they both have their ups and downs....no shock to anyone who knows this game...

You want the sure thing.....pay for it..

works good sometimes but prime time7 to 9 central time is unwatchable a lot of the time. need improvement there
