on my Avov box would get this message block from server is there any way to stop this from happen?

Unless your sub has expired, you can reset your MAC Address by logging on to the site that you purchased the sub and going into your sub, there is a button that says Reset Mac Address. Once you have done that reboot your box and it should work.
