pvr manager is starting up

my kodi homescreen stays with "PVR manager is starting up loading channels from clients" but the channels do not come out it gives Authentication failed. Retrying does anybody know whats wrong

Is everything set up correctly? Did you check to make sure you're using the proper portal address from the Donation Checker. If everything is correct, do an IPTV Reset.

i tried the "iptv portal" that i get in my donation checker in papiao. I already inserted in my kodi box where it says server address and i get nothing what am i doing wrong

What version of Kodi are you using? What address are you using to configure the client? Here are the server addresses:

NFPS - Use the donation checker to identify your server url.  Replace the * as appropriate (1-5)    
http://*.iptvprivateserver.tv (Kodi 15 and older), 
http://portal*.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html (Kodi 16+)

Rocket -   
http://11.iptvrocket.tv (Kodi 15 and older),
