problems with loading mag 254 since donation

Is anyone having loading issues since donation purchase?

I can't get it to load but 3/4 of the way then it stops. I day I purchased it was on now nothing, does anyone have any ideas. I'm using wifi, with no prior problems with loading.

reboot all even router

Unplug modem, router and Mag254.

Reboot modem, then router and finally the Mag254 in that order. Should cure issue!
