Problems with Kodi 17.3

I can never get kodi 17.3 ftmc to work right every time I download a built that's Jarvis it black background and when I download a built that's krypton it has weird symbols and doesn't look complete anyone else have this issue I don't have these issues with the 17.1 ebmc

You may want to go into the settings ..appearance........Change Skin to Confluence ................

Yeah, the backgrounds only work with the pre-installed skins in FTMC, otherwise you get black. It looks like they coded the location for screens where a non-included skin can't find it... this includes skins from a "build". Also "kypton" builds aren't compatible with FTMC... it still is based on Jarvis.
