portal won't load

Greetings from northern cal!
Not sure where to post this but portal will not load...same as last night. I have rocket and a mag 257. I've unplugged it and restarted it many times including shutting the router down cold.
Any suggestions??

The same thing happened to me. What I did was turn off the deco and turn it on again and still did not charge the portal. I had to wait about 20 minutes and re-start and that worked for me. It happened yesterday and before yesterday. I have the Mag TV live Portal emulator.
