Box has been running fine for a week but today the guide is all an hour foward. Time zone and everything is still setup correctly. Is it an issue on the servers side of things or can I fix it some how ?

The only thing on your side is to have the correct time zone which you done, the problem is on the server side. This does happen once in a while and I am sure will be fixed
Thanks for replying, my time zone and everything are all set correct and showing, just very annoying all the guide is an hour wrong. Will this just fix it self being a server issue? eg go on the box tomorrow and it could be all back to normal?
