Well I'm trying and nothing. Any idea? Trying to get 2 months. Keeps coming back with high risk.

I am having the same problem. I will wait until tomorrow and see what happens. no email no channels. I will follow ilan's advice in 24 hours. If you have same problem - please let me know in this thread how you resolved?

same problem here card wont go through used this card before and yes its international use.

I've been trying, up to nine cards now, all fail. All nine cards worked and I've used them before to start using the service. Now that I want to renew all are failed.
