Password for Access Control

Hello there, I am trying to go in to setting menu in my mag 254 and its ask me to enter password first time ever in last six months of my use. I have never setup/change any password, I always use default password "0000" and it works but today it says wrong password. Can someone help me in this how do I go into settings menu now.

i'd try a power-reboot first.. this mag sw seems pretty flaky to me... please let us know if that helps..
