No video, sound only

Is it only me experiencing this. On the Brit channels, I only get sound no video. US channels are good

BBC4 sometimes missing audio but that's all I've noticed.
Many UK Channels have pitch problems (High/ low voice change and music slows and speeds up).

Not knowing your platform, that's all I can add to the discussion, but you are probably missing an audio decoder.
