No EPG

I had an EPG but out of step with time, but now I get no EPG at all--just says No Information on every channel. This just started yesterday. I did a software update but no effect. This is with IPTV Rocket--picture is fine.

I noticed also on nfps. I inquired about it.
Was told:
this is not our sw issue. we did not update recently.
i think rocket has now some internal modification.
soon it will be ok.
we will keep tracking it.

Depends on how long you plan to live.
Its being worked on though

EPG also not working on Mag254 so this is not just a Dreamlink issue.

Great job getting this corrected and back on line! The only hesitation is that this is fixed just as we enter the start of daylight savings time and the clocks change this weekend. The big question- will that end up messing the timing of the guide again? Fingers crossed......
