I suspect the old NFPS portals 3 and maybe 5 have been migrated as well. I will give a short description of my transition using Kodi 16.1 and PVR Stalker client in the Kodi > PVR Clients subforum.

You are talking about the Couch Potato IPTV Stalker video add-on. You download it from the Mediafire link, not the Drop Box link. I just tried it, and it is working.
