I recently bought 2 new rockets and neither one will connect to rocket server. I have tried changing portal and Iptv reset. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I’ve tried it with Mac and without Mac. I always use user name and password. I even tried different apps Kokaleka pro and still wouldn’t connect
