New mac information - cannot access

Tried to enter my MAC address using the log in - but - would not accept my username and password - tried three times with same result. Finally asked to change my password, and did that three times, still could not log in. What am I doing wrong?

Problem solved - the needed my rocket number not my password - MAC address was accepted, so alls well.
