I bought the iptv service to be use in my android box i change the setting for the profile and the mac address that i linked to the donation code but still not working, i get a black screen in stb emulator, what should i do?

Install Kodi and use the default PVR Stalker client. There are many, many issues with STB emu's. Sometimes they work. Sometimes they don't. When they don't, it can be a tremendous hassle to figure out the problem.
