NBA on TNT

Is it just me or is TNT always down when NBA games are on?
Every Thursday night TNT is down, this even happened on IKS when it was working.

When TNT is blacked out look for the game on the NBA package.Tonights game is on channel 464.

I think when is on TNT, ESPN or ABC they don't put it on the NBA package.

TNT is working right now so that's good.
