most channels down wont come in

Hi I have a mag 322 with comcast 1g speed
most of my channels dont come in and if they do they will freeze then you have to reboot the box...

any help?

sounds like comcast may be the issue.
Try using a VPN maybe

now im getting on my buzz tv box no video, it has the channel list and info but no video

coming in now i played with settings and bam it come in

On a live tv channel
Press menu on the remote
Scroll down to Refresh
