This is a little easier ..........all addons are installed on kodi the same way.....you don't need to listen to Youtube ......this link is the source for the Mobdro Repo ..... (repository.ah.zip)

I see ....Repo installs....Mobdro installs but not working..........Maybe the guy who runs the Repository needs to update .....just like any other Kodi Addon............
