Mag256 stuck on erasing flash section

Tried to update the flash last night for the first time using auto update. It's a new box so had the factory install on it. Eventually got to erasing flash section at 100%. But it's been stuck there for hours now.

What do I do ?

Exactly where did you purchase your box? I've setup over 100 and never had an issue like this.

You should contact infomir directly for support and verify with them that you have an AUTHENTIC MAG box - there are SOO MANY fakes/clones out there. Many of them look/function almost identical to the original.

If the box IS authentic - and you still can't get past that update, exchange/return it. You might have gotten a box with a bad NAND flash chip.
