Go in and check your URL . Its a good chance your port has been moved. This is what you will get stb is blocked call the provider. If it has been changed go in the inner portal and change it. Unplug your internet cable when you do this other wise it will update to r18 and you don,t want this. After you have changed it and it has been saved reconnect
your internet cable and reboot your box. And it should be good to go.
