When trying to set up my system, I get "mac address already exists".
Do I have to send in another picture of the mag 254 number?

did you already send in a pic ?
And is the same box ?

If MAC address in use message then yes, only way to get resolved is send in a pic of MAC with the current code.

No it's not in use. I had changed the address a few weeks ago to all zeros and now can't
change it back with this new donation.
