Mac address cannot be updated

I have a new Mag 250 to replace the old one,
I am trying several time to update my Mac address through the rocket checker with no sucess.
is there any a special procedure to change it (every time it says Mac address can not be updated) Why!...

did you try and put all zero first then do mac you want

Yes ..I did several times writting zero's, it always come with (Mac address can not be updated)..
PLS.....another solution...TKS

zero the old mac address you had first then load new one
