MAC Address banned and code Inactive with days left Please Help.

Hi everyone My code has 317 days remaining but says inactive and my mac address has been banned cannot use it with different code, can anyone please help me if they had any issue like this and how they solved it. thanks

Why was u mac address banned u weren't trying to use on too device at the same time were u ?
