MAC address already used.

Just purchased for a year. Went to input my MAC address and says already used. Don’t have an option to change the MAC address of my box... Avov tv online

Probably means that device mac is already registered with donation.

have you tried to reset. I would reset to something else then rest back again to original Mac and see if that works.kof

Well tried to reset, use a different one and switch back. Nothing is working and haven’t used rocket before so I haven’t had this MAC address link before. Box was brand new. So basically I believe I’m screwed now

Sometimes what happens is that another user with a method that doesn't have an assigned MAC has used a random one and selected the one you have. Take a photo of your MAC on the box and send it to info@[COLOR=#26282A][FONT=&quot]papiao.is and explain the problem and they can remove it from the current user.[/FONT][/COLOR]
