Login problems

Really frustrated at the moment. Please help.
Have set up everything and using the route as the login and password. Still saying error.
My credit card has been charged and they're hopeless at replying to emails.
At my wits end. Sorry to moan.

Do you get error right after entering the username and password ? It takes like half millisecond to get the error, it's like not even trying to connect, I tried everything possible and no go.
Anyway, my thread is over here if anything does change I will let you know asap:
