keep getting message"your stb is blocked. call the provider"

I've checked and rechecked all info on my stb(rocket#, iks server, mac adress etc., and keep getting the same message. Tried using iptv portal; same message. got a different rocket no. no luck.
checked rocket checker; shows active.
tried contacting papiao.is; no response.

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks!
