KCBS available in any service?

I am searching for a service provider who has KCBS (California CBS) in his channel list.
Can you help me with this?

Have you tried using OTA for your locals and welcome to iptvtalk.

I am writing from Germany. So OTA is no option for me (not to receive KCBS... )
Any idea how I can get the channel?
