Is the sevice down?

Was working fine all day...and pretty darn good for a few months....now Im getting the UNABLE TO LOAD CHANNELS message.

Tried to clear data and restart but same result.

Any ideas what's going on?

I yanked the power cord….rebooted modem and router and now it's working fine.
