Inner Portal

Is there a way to access the inner portal without having to go through the settings menu, or holding menu on start up. For example a setting like the home button?

I was playing around with Mag254 and found a setting for inner portal at the bottom scrolling windows after moving past Youtube, Weather, Internet, etc. It is faster than the other way.

Under the settings tab, then go to inner portal?
