how to start, help please!

Hey guys, i just got the MAG254, as i was installing it I accidentally rebooted the system and now when i turn it on I get stuck with this image



I've attached it. please help! thank you.

thank you, when i did that this image appears




it's a flickering message. I've tried disconnecting the HDMI cable and using the other cable only and vice versa. I've tried restoring to default settings and still nothing. I've also changed the boot mode to all three off these options (DHCP/NAND/NAND2) and have been unsuccessful. I'm either stuck with the "loading" image that doesn't load to anything or this flickering message that doesn't allow me to do anything as well.

dang got bran fart your in pal mode need to set it for ntsc
c/p
1. unplug the power cord from the mag device, then wait for about 5 secs...
2. while holding down the 3 dots 3 lines button on the remote, plug the power cord back in.. At this point you should be in the device BIOS setting..
3. Change the PAL setting to NTSC
4. Exit & Save.
