How to fix the empty runing bar of mag 254

Two weeks now the blue bar is just runing in the mag 254 no yellow loading ........its working on my stb emulator it there a fix for this i have reboot box over and over reboot router also chance mac number

do a Factory Reset and Wipe Out
Plug in Power Supply Holding the Menu Button in

I got it working I put the mac address the mag 254 came with and that solve the problem its up and runing now .....thanks
