Help Charged twice !!!

I got charged twice for a 3 month sub. How do I fix this. Well if I can't get a refund does anyone know if the donation expires as soon as the time has past from purchase or from the first time used... ?

Your code has no MAC attached.. unless you fixed that, then that is your issue..which I been trying to tell you these last few days bro

How can I add MAC address if I can't log in. Can some one please help. No Servive for over a week. Donated in July for a year. Thanks
