Having trouble no novies

Morning all I am not getting movies channels but I am getting tv channels. When I go to click on movie channel eaither it goes to a black screen or says file missing.

I reset the modem to internet Ichanged my mac address andi tworks the movies but nowI dont get some tv channels.

I get movies now, But not all tv channels
