Has the portal gone down

I've not sorted anything out, the stb emulator still doesn't load the portal, my worry now is that I've been using someone else's Mac for the last few months since we were told that those if us using the stb emulator should use the 78 prefix... My registered Mac on papiao was including the 78 prefix the actual Mac I have been using on the stb emulator is exactly the same but with the 79 prefix.... I can't change it to the 79 prefix on papiao as the MAC already exists but the 78 prefix is fine to be registered on papiao!!!

papiao says to use 78 but it does not work yet.. if you have already linked the 78 and are trying to change it to 79 and it comes up as already in use, change one of the digits and try to link that mac and see if the system takes it
