Has IPTV Stalker just gone down ????????????

Hi was using stalker this morning , some channels not working , but now Authorization failed on my box now ? Anyone explain please ?

IPTV stalker is a program (App or addon) and does not "go down"
The server you are having it connect to may go down however.
