Is there a file i need to load on after doing Factory reset with toothpick ? i try the reset but no luck still stick on the AVOV

? why not do that in setting under factory data reset and when you load wireless or Ethernet it should load the stuff to get box working

the box is stick on Avov !! not booting up so i can not

send it back if you can or my friend your sol i have been where your at maybe get lucky let it sit for a day unplugged that what i did
